We offer a Premium International Open Bar package for a minimum of 4 hours and, of course, we let our couples make their own open bar selection if they prefer something more custom-made!  

Corkage fee is also offered in case you don’t want to buy the alcoholic drinks from us and desire to bring other special brands over. The corkage fee is what we charge for each bottle (up to 750 ml. per bottle) opened during your wedding day.  

Soft drinks and beers must be purchased from Club Hemingway.  

Costs per person for: 

The Premium International Open Bar: US$75 + 28 % of taxes. 
The custom-made open bar option starts at US$40 + 28 % of taxes. 
Corkage fee per bottle of 750 ml.: US$10 + 28 % of taxes. 

Club Hemingway has had the honour of working with some of the best event planners, DJs, photographers, live music bands, makeup artist, among others, of the country and abroad! If you need recommendations to form your best team ever, do not hesitate to ask! We take care of the coordination between your wedding planner and our services along the process so there is always fun and fluent communication! On the contrary, if you prefer to hire your own vendors, that is perfectly ok as well, the most important thing during these months prior to your wedding day is that you feel comfortable and in sync with each of us

We offer special rates for your guests so all of your family and close friends can stay here and enjoy a fabulous weekend together at Club Hemingway. Our boutique hotel is a calm and beautiful place that provides all the comforts and services you and your guests may need during their stay. The buy-out option for the 31 suites available is also an option in case you want to have the whole hotel just for you and your guests.

After confirming that, we need a non-refundable down payment of US$1500 (this payment does not apply to our food and beverage quotation) which covers: 

• The date – both the welcome party and the wedding day.  
• Coordination during the process for Club Hemingway's services such as catering, accommodations, vendor recommendations, transfer services, concierge, special requests, and support for your wedding vendors.  
• Our furniture for events: 
• White Tiffany chairs 
• Round tables for up to 10 persons 
• Rectangle tables for up to 6 persons 
• White table linen 
• White Crockery 
• Silver Cutlery  
• Glassware 
• Buffet chafing dish  
• Waiters and barmen for the welcome party, cocktail hour and reception. 

This down payment must be accompanied by our Wedding Agreement signed by both of you as our only clients. This one will be sent once you confirm your wedding with us. The agreement must specify the total guest count (this can vary through the months but must be fully confirmed at least 15 days prior to the welcome party), name of both of you, the Passport number of both of you, both of your initials on each page and the final details asked in the blank spaces. 

To keep your wedding's privacy and comfort, we ask for a minimum of 8 (eight) suites at Casa Hemingway boutique hotel with our special wedding rate for at least two nights each.  

Our equestrian centre: rent a horse for your Wedding photos and have the most amazing experience horse-riding one in our lush gardens. Or continue with the beach vibes among the tall palm trees, and the shimmering surface of the sea. Let your imagination fly and have the best memories with us.

Our hotel, Casa Hemingway, gives to the newlyweds (solely) two nights for free in one of the one-bedroom suite: room service breakfast included to use for the welcome party night and the wedding night. This gift is only available for the couple getting married.
